Andy Golding
Professionally Ambidextrous
Entrepreneur. Podcaster. Author. Founder. Speaker. Facilitator.
I used to lament that I don't fit neatly into a professionally titled box. But over time, I’ve come to see the red thread in my work, and acknowledge my depth of skill across a variety of sectors as my greatest strength, even if it does make answering the question 'so what do you do' much harder.
I’ve always been drawn to work that ignites people, gets their eyes shining, and elicits their highest levels of contribution. Whether I’m building businesses, hosting conversations, writing, speaking, or designing experiences, the common thread is creating the conditions for people to think more deeply, connect more meaningfully, and thrive, whilst bringing their fullest selves to the table.
I’ve worn many hats throughout my career, and will likely wear many more. Rather than following a single path, I’ve chosen to follow curiosity, growth, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a variety of spaces.
